婴儿运价适用于未满2岁的不占座婴儿，但必须有满12岁、并付成人票价的旅客全程陪同。韩国国内段的旅行婴儿免费，一个大人只允许带一个免费的婴儿。
 
 
(G) CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS 取消和退票
(1) Before departure 旅客出发前
In the event of cancellation or failure to use confirmed space as ticketed, except as noted in (3) below, the non-refundable amount will be USD 100.00/ KRW 100,000.
除下面第3点注明的情况外，如果遇上取消行程或误机，扣除USD100/KRW100000（或等值货币）后余额退还。
(2) After departure 旅客出发后
In the event of cancellation, the amount of refund will be the difference between the fare paid and the normal fare for transportation used less USD 100.00/KRW 100,000. 
如果退票，退还所付金额与已使用部分航程的普通运价之间的差额，并扣除USD100/KRW100000（或等值货币）。
(3) Full refund will apply in the event of death or illness of the passenger or member of the passenger’s immediate family as substantiated by a medical/death certificate.
      全退只适用于旅客或旅客的直系亲属生病或死亡的情况，而且必须提供医院证明或死亡证明。
 
(H) CHANGES 变更
 
(1) Rebooking  重新订座
(a) Permitted at no charge 允许并免费
(2) Rerouting 更改行程
(a) Voluntary rerouting is permitted via AF/CO/CZ/KE/KL/NW services only.
AF/CO/CZ/KE/KL/NW可以办理自愿更改行程。
(b) A service charge of USD 100.00/KRW 100,000 will be assessed each time a SkyTeam Asia Pass ticket is reissued or a change in the originating flight is made.
